Um programa de promoção de conhecimentos matemáticos para integração dos alunos nas licenciaturas em Engenharia: CeAMatE

Tentando responder à necessidade de auxiliar os alunos que ingressaram em licenciaturas de Engenharia e que manifestam falta de conhecimentos básicos e elementares de matemática, em 2015 encetou-se um processo de consciencialização da comunidade educativa do Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Coimbra (ISEC), para a implementação de um Centro de Apoio à Matemática na Engenharia. Neste artigo apresentam-se os resultados dos dois anos de trabalho realizado, que permitam encontrar soluções para ultrapassar os constrangimentos encontrados e propostas para trabalho futuro que potenciem o bom acolhimento dos alunos que ingressam nas licenciaturas em Engenharia do ISEC
