Perceptions of cooperating educators on the supervisory process

The article presents a study that is based on perspectives of social constructivist and ecological matrix and seeks to deepen the knowledge of supervisory practices in the courses that professionalize for teaching. Using a qualitative and interpretative approach was applied a questionnaire with open questions, and respondents 73 aid workers, including 34 kindergarten teachers, group over which the text. The results are read attending the four dimensions: the roles played by different actors of the training process (institutional supervisor, cooperative advisor, forming), the interactions, the process of reflection and evaluation.Downloads
