Digital social networks for communication and social capital in the subject of Performing Arts at IFRN/CNAT

This article is a partial result of the research entitled “Beyond the instituted: an analysis of IFRN/CNAT’s Performing Arts subject”, focused on the inclusion of digital social networks for communication in pedagogical practices. It analyses the potential of social capital enlargement of a general education subject, Performing Arts, developed within high school technical courses based on various pedagogical and communicational purposes of the social network website Facebook. As for the methodology of data collection and analysis, qualitative approach aspects are emphasized. Preliminary results show that such inclusion has contributed decisively for the pedagogical experience’s consolidation of meaning with students.Downloads
