This study has the main objective of understanding the perceptions and experiences of the kindergarten/cooperating teachers concerning the processo of supervision, namely, the roles, the interactions, the reflexion processes and assessment. We follow an interpretative approach and it was performed in the year 2013/2014. We used an open questions questionnaire, which was applied to 73 cooperating teachers of the Education School of the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança. This paper centres, mainly, in the analysis of the responses of the cooperating teachers of the 1st Cycle of Basic Education (22 teachers). The collected data highlight the supervision process in the training process of the future teachers.Downloads
