Dificultades de los docentes en procesos de cambio y mejora en escuelas

La innovación educativa es una estrategia para avanzar en el logro de los fines educativos, cambiar o alterar algo introduciendo novedades en centros de desarrollo integral y de aprendizaje significativo. Numerosos factores están implicados: contexto, docentes, familias, entre otros. Todos ellos son clave en la viabilidad de una innovación. El objetivo de este estudio es determinar las principales dificultades de los docentes durante el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Se ha utilizado una metodología cualitativa cuyo instrumento fue la entrevista a docentes de centros públicos y concertados. Los resultados que se extraen apuntan varias variables que interfieren en estos procesos.
