Abstract

After 20 years Sarmiento initiates a new way that to the time that procures the continuity goes to try improve all what defines the quality and the rigour in a scientific journal.  This change puts of self-evident the will to expand the space field of the journal, that although in the past already was opened to the thematic and to the Portuguese tongue, now tries to increase his participation and his collaboration with the incorporation of Portuguese researchers so much in the council editor how adviser of the journal. In parallel the journal changes his subhead by the one of Galego-Portuguese Journal of History of Education.
