Abstract
How can we know if a teacher is “example of good practices”? I take part in a research in which we try to answer to this question by analyzing about 100 practices regarding Early Childhood Education. Here I expose the itinerary of a teacher, and I analyze his narrative and thinking, presenting the keys that justify his didactics. The results guide the pedagogical decisions under the influence of both a pedagogue that marked him for life, and his life lessons from school memories. The willing to innovate and change traditional music teaching and education, are the incentives of this teacher.
