Abstract

The world of work is changing at a vertiginous pace. In this complex process of change, the policies of training for employment play a key role, being the company that space where we can see more clearly the job/training binomial. Thus, it arises an investigation in Galicia, focused on the analysis of training in medium and large enterprises. One of the issues discussed is the figure of the person who coordinates the tasks and functions relating to the area of training in business organizations. In this paper we offer an approach to the training manager profile, resultant in the study.
