When submitting a proposal, it is essential to enter the full name, valid and active email address, and ORCID of each author in the submission form.

If any author is not yet registered with ORCID, they can do so at  https://orcid.org/.

Each author's ORCID profile must include information in the 'Employment', 'Education and qualifications' and 'Works' sections at a minimum. Manuscripts with authors who do not have this information will not be accepted. If an author has not held a position or has no publications, this must be stated in a comment to ensure that the manuscript is not classified as having 'incomplete data'.
