Abstract

The paradigm of urban sustainability represents the renovation of the study, planification and management of the urban environments; included the environmental education. This article analyzes the basic concepts that delineate the theoretical framework of the urban sustainability, inputs from urban ecology, ecological footprint and climate protection.
