Global dimension and Education for Development : Prospects for secondary school teachers

The Global Education or education for development of fifth generation is an international movement to critically understand the prevailing model of globalization in the world; promotes awareness of global citizenship, active and engaged with human rights, social justice and democracy. We present a collaborative research between the GI "Education Policy, History and Society" of the UDC and Solidariedade International of Galicia, finance by the Xunta de Galicia. England is our leader in the integration of the global dimension in the curriculum and we start of reflective estudo from this experience to meet the needs of secondary school teachers Galician when engaging with students in the programs proposed by NGDOs.Downloads
