Abstract

The presence of the natural environment appeared till now in the shape of comic or graphic humour vignettes, shows how the relation between Humanity and Nature has evolved. From the cave pictographs, the situation has changed and so have the treated contents. Nature has always been inspiring of stories and fantasies, but the harsh reality of the environment nowadays has made us consider the print we are leaving on our planet due to our way of living. What can we expect of the future? Some of the following w orks deal with it all and show they can be an effective method to raise society’s consciousness about environment.
