Abstract
On the V Seminar about Education, Communication and Participation against Climate change celebrated at CENEAM in April 2009, there was a brief communication titled “Carbon domestic bound” that, as expected, started an intense debate. This article, apart from addressing the issues, provides personal conclusions about various aspects which were presented.
