Abstract

In this article we explain the importance of working in a positive way, alongside the economic and social agents that intervene in the territory, in order to achieve changes in social attitudes which make it easier to protect the brown bear. The example is given of a piece of work carried out by the Brown Bear Foundation with hunters in the Cantabrian Mountains.
