Abstract

The two Declarations (For a Planetary Environmental Education! and Declaration of Biosphere Reserves, from the IberoMaB Network before the meeting of the International Network of Centers for Education and Socio-environmental Cooperation–CEA Network) justify the need to support the creation and/or strengthening of Centers, Nuclei and other Territorial Facilities aimed at promoting processes of education and socio-environmental cooperation, committed to overcoming the serious challenges of contemporary times. The Network invites public and private institutions, organized civil society and social movements to join, those who wish to express their commitment to Environmental Education (EE), which is permanent, continuous, articulated and holistic. Social Facilities that promote dialogue and the necessary transformations in existential values and public policies. Environmental education to reverse the tide of social, environmental, and human degradation.
