The “lex artis ad hoc” applied to dental expertise

Abstract
This article analyzes the cases in which it is possible to speak of infringement of the lex artis in the field of odontology, emphasizing the analysis of the obligation of means or results and the information that must be provided by the professional. In addition, we go through the existing complaint channels in these cases in Spanish legislation, with special attention to the possibility of mediation.
