The contribution of evidence created with artificial intelligence in the social jurisdiction

Artificial Intelligence has evolved exponentially in the last two years, allowing anyone without computer knowledge to create almost any type of original, but not real, document or file, barely distinguishable from a real file. This possibility entails a significant problem when it comes to identifying the existence of false evidence in a judicial procedure in the social order where the evidence is practiced at the trial hearing and many times the professional assisting the party cannot know if the document or file is real or not.
