Perfil de Decisão de Carreira no Início da Adolescência: Avaliação de um Modelo Simplificado de Decisão

Abstract
Ao decidirem os indivíduos escolhem determinados cursos de ação em detrimento de outros. As pessoas preocupam-se com as suas decisões pelas implicações que elas têm para o seu desenvolvimento e bem-estar. Aprender a decidir é um processo que se intensifica no início da adolescência, mas pouco se conhece sobre os fatores e as suas vicissitudes nesta fase do desenvolvimento. Este estudo testa um modelo simplificado da tomada de decisão de carreira com 312 jovens com idades compreendidas entre os 9 e os 13 anos. Os resultados mostraram uma estrutura fatorial diferenciada. As implicações dos resultados são discutidas.
